Responding to a horrible situation like water damage in the home is never good, but Servpro was a small breath of fresh air. My insurance company recommended another mitigation company to assess the disaster, but I did my own research and chose Servpro of Suffolk, Smithfield and Franklin. From Teresa, who first took our call, to Danielle, who took my calls throughout the process, I felt completely heard. The first team sent to my home was Brandon and Michael. I cannot say enough nice things about both gentlemen. They were respectful and thorough, and consistent with their processes, while trying to make my awful situation bearable. Where to begin! Margaret and Cameron were at my home literally 1-2 hours after I called for the mitigation process! They were so quick and careful. We were so nervous about the damage the ruptured water heater had done in our attic but they were very reassuring and gave us a walk through after completion.
