Responding to a horrible situation like water damage in the home is never good, but Servpro was a small breath of fresh air. My insurance company recommended another mitigation company to assess the disaster, but I did my own research and chose Servpro of Suffolk, Smithfield and Franklin. Where to begin! Margaret and Cameron were at my home literally 1-2 hours after I called for the mitigation process! They were so quick and careful. We were so nervous about the damage the ruptured water heater had done in our attic but they were very reassuring and gave us a walk through after completion.
