Responding to a horrible situation like water damage in the home is never good, but Servpro was a small breath of fresh air. My insurance company recommended another mitigation company to assess the disaster, but I did my own research and chose Servpro of Suffolk, Smithfield and Franklin. From Teresa, who first took our call, to Danielle, who took my calls throughout the process, I felt completely heard. The first team sent to my home was Brandon and Michael. I cannot say enough nice things about both gentlemen. They were respectful and thorough, and consistent with their processes, while trying to make my awful situation bearable. The second team was Chris and Antoine, who were again completely professional and respectful. Kamryn was also there to tidy up behind the team and brought a delightful, extremely professional demeanor. Although we still have a long way to go with our repairs, Servpro of Suffolk was a huge support, and I highly recommend this location!

Beyond professional, Margaret, Ben and Michael made a bad situation better than it was before we had the problem. Friendly and approachable while doing some nasty hard to reach work. Felt like having family in our home during a very difficult time. There should be more stars as an option.

Ben and Antoine were amazing! They came and did an amazing job. They were quick and took care of the problem. Gave me reassurance about the water damage to my ceiling. It was a happy Friday thanks to those two. Appreciate their professionalism and time.
Where to begin! Margaret and Cameron were at my home literally 1-2 hours after I called for the mitigation process! They were so quick and careful. We were so nervous about the damage the ruptured water heater had done in our attic but they were very reassuring and gave us a walk through after completion. These two women were extremely professional and I would recommend them to anyone. I’m so grateful we got the crew we did!
