Outstanding service and compassion from SERVPRO Upper Bucks! We had water damage at my elderly mother’s home on a Saturday, which turned into a long and stressful evening for everyone. The entire SERVPRO team on-site was courteous, professional and incredibly thorough. They explained the mitigation process step by step, answered all of our questions, and explained what to expect next. David, lead technician, provided his cell phone number and told me I could reach him 24/7 with any questions or concerns. While the rest of the team was working downstairs, lead technician, David Cook was the person I interacted with most., and I especially want to recognize him for the compassion he showed my elderly mom, who was understandably very distraught about what was happening in her home. David mentioned that my mom reminded him of his grandmother, and I could truly tell that he genuinely cared about her. As the team continued removing damaged flooring and working through the mitigation process, David continued to check on my Mom and me throughout the evening. He spoke to her in such a calm, gentle and caring manner, taking the time to reassure her and make sure she understood what was happening. It was a very stressful and emotional situation and David’s kindness made a difference. He wasn’t just doing a job - he was taking care of my mom as a person and that meant so much to me!
