In 1703, William Penn directed surveyors to lay out a tract of 10,000 acres to be called the Manor of Richland. The land in the area had previously been cultivated by the Indians and was found to be very fertile. Richlandtown was officially founded in 1734 by the Quakers. During the American Revolution the Liberty Bell passed through town on its way to Allentown. The soldiers accompanying it stayed at the historic Red Lion Inn right in the heart of town. Keeping this history of this town intact is so important to us. Outstanding service and compassion from SERVPRO Upper Bucks! We had water damage at my elderly mother’s home on a Saturday, which turned into a long and stressful evening for everyone. The entire SERVPRO team on-site was courteous, professional and incredibly thorough. David, lead technician, provided his cell phone number and told me I could reach him 24/7 with any questions or concerns.
