I would like to recognize Donald and Michelin and the rest of the Servpro team for an awesome job at our home, Donald was super professional, informative and polite, he and the team were always friendly and courteous and most of all made sure the job was done correctly. Great experience with the crew (Dan, Joe, Matteo) in cleaning up my ice dam problems from February. They took great care to keep down the dust and debris in the house and they directly addressed a concern I had. Highly recommended.
Donald and Michelin did a great job ripping out some water damage we had from snow dams this past winter. They were on time and worked very efficiently. The thing my husband and I were most impressed with was how much prep work they did to protect our home by doing things like taping down floor protectors, putting up plastic sheets to contain dust, etc. Our experience with them led us to expand our scope of work with Servpro to include reconstruction.
