Remove the Odor Source
Debris containing odor-causing residues will continue to give off odors. That’s why we deal with the source of the odor first.
Clean Residues From Surfaces
After the source of the odor is removed, it’s important to thoroughly clean surfaces to deodorize them effectively. If not properly cleaned, tiny particles of the odor-causing residues will continue to smell.
Recreate the Conditions That Caused Odor Penetration
We apply deodorizer in a method similar to how the odor-causing substances originally penetrated a surface. If smoke created the smell, for instance, deodorizing smoke or fog might be most effective.

I would like to recognize Donald and Michelin and the rest of the Servpro team for an awesome job at our home, Donald was super professional, informative and polite, he and the team were always friendly and courteous and most of all made sure the job was done correctly. Donald and Michelin did a great job ripping out some water damage we had from snow dams this past winter. They were on time and worked very efficiently. The thing my husband and I were most impressed with was how much prep work they did to protect our home by doing things like taping down floor protectors, putting up plastic sheets to contain dust, etc. Our experience with them led us to expand our scope of work with Servpro to include reconstruction.
