Berlin Cleanup and Restoration

Highly recommend using ServPro Worcester. I had previously used them for issues in my kitchen and work was done well and timely. I recently called again for potential issues in my bathroom. The Project Manager, Steve, went above and beyond to answer all my questions and alleviate my concerns. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again to work on my home.

I can’t say enough about Servpro of Worcester. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, kind, responsive and extremely thorough. The communication from Steve and Kim was excellent. Jesus and Matteo did such a great job and explained everything to me and made sure the job was done right. They took a very stressful situation and made it so much easier to deal with and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly. They were very respectful of me and my home. I am very grateful for their hard work and would recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

Clayton and Julio were the technicians and they were both AWESOME. They were totally adept at what they were doing.

When we had a water leak in our office, Donald, Juan, and Michelin arrived to take care of getting the drying process going. They were extremely professional, thorough, and informative. Thanks guys!

Matt and Juan did an amazing job! We needed professional cleaning at the location where I work, and they truly went above and beyond. They were incredibly thorough and made sure everything was properly cleaned and sanitized. They even took the extra time to clean areas we weren’t expecting, including the windows, just to make sure everything was taken care of. When my boss said we needed to call the professionals, she was absolutely right! Matt and Juan’s attention to detail and the care they put into their work really showed. I would like to recognize Donald and Michelin and the rest of the Servpro team for an awesome job at our home, Donald was super professional, informative and polite, he and the team were always friendly and courteous and most of all made sure the job was done correctly. They spent several weeks at our home cleaning, repairing and making sure our home is clean and safe to move back in. Both my family and I want to thank Donald and his team for a super nice job, they are an incredible team and I am so grateful I called them for help when my family needed them the most.

Great experience with the crew (Dan, Joe, Matteo) in cleaning up my ice dam problems from February. They took great care to keep down the dust and debris in the house and they directly addressed a concern I had. Highly recommended.

Donald and Michelin did a great job ripping out some water damage we had from snow dams this past winter. They were on time and worked very efficiently. The thing my husband and I were most impressed with was how much prep work they did to protect our home by doing things like taping down floor protectors, putting up plastic sheets to contain dust, etc. Our experience with them led us to expand our scope of work with Servpro to include reconstruction.
