A sewer backed up into our condominium’s central utility building and contaminated the walls, floor and critical equipment including water pipes and valves. This resulted in the shutdown of six units, three of which are expecting weekend guests. Our home flooded back in April with the monsoon rains & storms. Servpro was able to come quickly and efficiently help us get the water out of our finished basement. Afterwards, we had some issues with billing & difference in pricing which I was quite upset about and was debating on giving a poorer review. HOWEVER talk about a company that went above and beyond to make it right. Logan was absolutely amazing and really helped get everything squared away correctly. Highly recommend them because of great service all around and also because they are a company that can admit and correct a wrong.
