A hole in my roof from a tree limb created water damage in the attic and down to the main floor of my home. From the time I called Servpro to a technician on site was under 20 minutes on a Friday afternoon! They brought a full team and had the attic subfloor cut out, insulation removed, bedroom plaster ceiling removed, water remediation in the ceiling addressed, and water in the main floor cleaned up in under 2 hours. The team was very respectful of my house including floor coverings throughout and the Project Lead was very communicative throughout the entire process. I could not recommend them higher, and I am extremely thankful for their promptness, professionalism, and communication throughout this otherwise frustrating home problem. When you find yourself having a terrible day, Servpro will be happy to come out and make it all much better and keep the process as easy as possible!
