What about smoke odor after a small fire? Is that musty smell coming from hidden moisture? SERVPRO helps homeowners, property managers, and business owners in Norwich sort through those next steps with practical cleanup and restoration services. Our team handles water damage, fire damage, mold removal and remediation, storm cleanup, specialty cleaning, biohazard cleaning, packout services, and construction support. Built Around Local Property Needs Norwich properties have plenty of variety, from older homes near the Leffingwell House Museum to apartments, storefronts, offices, and commercial spaces throughout Windham County. Older materials, lower-level storage, river-area humidity, and changing weather can all affect how damage spreads and how cleanup should be handled. SERVPRO can help with: A Clearer Path After Property Damage Good restoration starts with careful communication. We had a terrible mess in our basement from a plumbing issue. Serv Pro came out and had the entire basement emptied and cleaned thoroughly in two days! Jose and his team worked incredibly hard to get this job completed and I am very grateful for the professional crew they sent our way!! Thank you again to Jose and his amazing crew!!
Tonight I had the misfortune at my house, that needed professional help. I had the good fortune of meeting Teresita, John and Jose. They were all very friendly, polite and very efficient. The exceptional performance at setting all the equipment up in a timely manner was appreciated. I would recommend the company and the team members who were at my residence to night. Thank you.
Jose was an excellent manager of the project. He, Claudia and Ruth arrived promptly and worked efficiently and diligently, and were amazingly detail-oriented. Always considerate, thoughtful, and engaging. Jose handled the ‘sink situation’ with exceptional courtesy and alacrity. The crew are each true professionals in their respective roles.
The company I am subcontracting for hired ServPro to complete some mold/water remediation at a commercial building I am performing work at in Windsor CT. Texi and Jose came out this morning, Saturday of Labor Day weekend. They worked their tails off all day until the job was completed, and it tuned out to be quite a larger job than we initially expected. Extremely hard workers and good communicators with great personalities. I would recommend them to anyone else in need of similar work. Thanks Texi, Jose, Rory and the whole crew!
