On August 7th I came home to find my finished part of my basement covered in black mold. I called Serv Pro in Stevens Point as that is who State Farm told me to call. The female I talked to was so patient and kind to me during very difficult time. She asked if I wanted them to come that night, I said no wait until Monday, the damage is already done. On Monday morning they called and made the appointment for Tuesday morning. They showed up on Tuesday and they were absolutely amazing, patient and kind and put up with Alfred (my cat that "needs" attention 24/7) and would pet him and offered him his "own" drop cloth as he continued to mess up the ones they used on the floor to keep it clean. They were back every day to check on the fans and the dampness in the basement. I was so comfortable leaving my house code with them to come in and check it for the week while I was at work. Tuesday night I was concerned how warm it got in my house and called them and they were so patient with all my dumb questions. Saturday when they came to pick up the fans I was home and he was so nice and sat and talked to me and said he had a good week with Alfred who met him daily for his "attention" when he came and when he left. I just want to say thank you for the mess that you cleaned up, left absolutely no mess behind which I don't know how you did not with the mess you that was down there. So please let Tristan, Ray, Josh, Drew, Brian and Damion know they are all absolutely amazing and would highly recommend them to any one. And the owners that I talked to, I can not remember his name was also absolutely amazing. I can not put into words how thankful I am for all of them. Please let them all know how thankful I was for them all during a horrible time. :)

We hired Servpro to clean up concrete dust after having the foundation work done in the basement. Not saying that Taber and Bryan did a bad job, they just missed some areas. There was a lot to do. Sean who was in charge of the project agreed that areas were missed. We didn’t have to wait long Sean sent another technician Clint in to go over the areas missed plus to give everything in the basement a once over. Clint and I went through the final inspection and everything met our expectations. They were very awesome and we highly recommend Servpro.
Our toilet overflowed and flooded the bathroom. It also poured through to the basement. Barry, Drew, and Emma came right away. They cleaned everything and put fans out to dry. They sprayed everything down that was wet. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. Highly recommend!

We experienced a water loss in our basement and initially called another company that never showed up. After waiting for hours, we contacted ServPro, and they were on-site within 30 minutes of our call. They quickly got set up and immediately began extracting water from our home. The communication from both the field team and the office staff was fantastic. We received daily calls before their arrival and were kept informed throughout the entire process. That level of communication really helped reduce the stress during such a difficult time. One of the biggest advantages of working with ServPro was that they handled not only the water mitigation and demolition but also the full rebuild. It made the entire process seamless. My wife was understandably concerned about having so many people coming and going, but everything couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Every team member was professional, courteous, and made us feel at ease. They kept our home incredibly clean throughout the entire project—honestly cleaner than we normally do ourselves!
