Servpro of Puyallup did a fantastic job on smoke mitigation after the Spokane Complex fire. Ninoska was especially organized with her specialty..the textiles that needed to be inventoried and sent to the special facility for treatment. We recently had the inside of our house cleaned after the Old Trails fire. I had a team of about 5 people and Ninoska headed them up. This team was amazing. Not only did they thoroughly clean the house and everything in it they put everything back incredibly organized and neat. They ran large fans for two days to help clean and air out my home. Ninoska was very personable and friendly to my husband, daughter and I and even our dog, Dixie! She called every morning and let me know when they were on their way and when she would be there.
