Joel came in and checked for water damage in a drop ceiling from a leaking toilet above. He checked thoroughly and carefully for any problems and reported just one small spot
SERVPRO of West Knoxville did an excellent job on our water damage restoration. Fast 24/7 response, thorough drying, and helpful with the insurance claim. Highly recommend for water, fire, smoke, mold, and storm damage cleanup in West Knoxville.
Servpro was very good about communicating with me and working through issues and concerns until we reached a resolution. I felt that management truly cared about the situation and about ethics which is very uncommon these days.
Joel and Maddie were great! They were very thorough in assessing the damage as well as providing thoughts on the cause of the issue as well as next steps to remedy. It was a great experience!
Joel Williams came out and did a great inspection when needed. Knowledgable, honest, quick.
Adrian and team were absolutely awesome! We previously got work through another company for issues last year, and ServPro came through and fixed all the mistakes from them AND fixed our current issues flawlessly. Adrian was so kind and professional. Would absolutely refer people to the team!
Adrian came and helped us out with drying our bathroom and office, which had excessive moisture. He was transparent, always friendly, and was a joy to work with! I highly recommend his service to everyone!
Adrian was professional and was able to walk me through steps he followed while here.
Joel was very professional when he came out to give a quote for Smoke Remediation after a kitchen fire. He was extremely thorough in assessing what I needed done. I have no doubt he would do good work.
