They were able to rehabilitate my confidence that ServPro was competent to complete the remediation project. This is the remediation component of an insurance claim. The ladies outworked the precious 3 teams that came out. I applaud Yeimy's communication skills. The other teams did pop-up visits and would call saying they were 10 minutes away. Several times they said they'd be back the next day and never showed then would call 2 days later wanting to pop-in. Totally unprofessional. Yiemy's team was the complete opposite and communicated the plan of action and more importantly followed through. Great experience with Servpro. Starting with Matt Seay who came out and inspected our home after we had a couple of leaks. He was professional and friendly. Yesi Jaimes and Maryan Camargo came out soon after and took care of the issues that Matt identified. They were both very friendly and did a great job. Though they were removing sections of drywall, they left the place cleaner than when they arrived. Very happy with the service provided. Servpro has some good employees working for them.
