In one word...AMAZING!! From Austin coming to do the estimate to Courtney Archie and Q doing the cleaning and even Kelly helping me by phone - each one understood my awkward, embarrassing situation and from each I received assurance and compassion and a promise to fix it. I just don't believe you usually find that type of customer care - and I mean care, not reading a script, in today's business world. Kind words (received many) go a long way to help in a traumatic situation. And their cleaning - oh my gosh!! When I walked in, my house smelled good and just that was great. But when I saw the horrible rooms they basically made new, I literally could not believe it was the same place. I so much appreciate their help with this and know for sure that if something like this should happen again, ServPro Richland County will be my 1st call.
