Servpro was the second company I contacted. Shane came out to assess my water damage.Shane was very friendly and knowledgeable. We found we had a water leak and was put in touch with ServPro in Roanoke Rapids. All i can say is the experience has been outstanding. After initial meeting Salvador and Codi were dispatched to my home in just a couple days. These two have worked constantly being as professional as can be. They kept me informed on progress and explained as they went along. What a great feeling to have conscientious men correcting a really bad situation for us. Again i can only hope that there performance is recognized and rewarded.
