Grant and team were fantastic
We used serve pro following a flood starting in the laundry room and spreading throughout a large portion of the home. The team can in and removed flooring, drywall, ceiling - the works. While never fun, the team made a stressful situation as painless as possible on us. They were fast, efficient, highly communicative and kept our home cleaner than I would have ever expected through a large scale remediation like this. An enormous shout out/thanks to Jorge who was here on site everyday, making sure the team and project were executed to the highest level. Our project supervisor Grant was always available for questions and kept us super informed on timelines and plans. Randy was wonderful when it was time to take down the tarps and remove all the fans. Everyone we encountered was highly professional. We would hire them again in a heartbeat (though I hope we don’t need to!)

Grant and Jorge provided phenomenal, truly white-glove service throughout the entire water mitigation process after my ceiling started leaking. From the very beginning, their response time was incredibly fast, and they made what could have been a very stressful situation feel easy and manageable. They were professional, friendly, and extremely easy to work with, while keeping me informed and communicating every step of the process clearly.
I’m very satisfied with the whole Servpro team. After a fire at my neighbors townhouse, mine had major water damage. They were prompt, thorough and very knowledgeable plus trustworthy with my belongings. I highly recommend them!!
