Restoration Manager

Alan has been an integral part of our SERVPRO team, serving in different roles before becoming our Restoration Manager. A true team player, Alan now leads our structure cleaning and contents team, ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. He works closely with both residential and commercial customers, guiding them through the restoration process after fire damage with care and expertise.

Restoration Supervisor

Alex joined our team in 2022. As a supervisor, he works alongside our crews and other technicians to clean up water damage in local homes and businesses.

Senior Accounting Specialist

Amber has been a valued member of our SERVPRO team since 2015, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role as Senior Accounting Specialist. She plays a key role in supporting both our crew and our customers, ensuring everything behind the scenes is handled with care and accuracy. Plus, she brings in our office pup, Milo, everyday!

Production Manager

Andrew joined our team in 2019. As a Production Manager, he manages a team of Production Supervisors and technicians to extract and mitigate water damage. He's on the front lines making any water damage "Like it never even happened."

Operations Manager

Austin Williams has been with us since we opened in 2009. As the son of owners Kim & Randy Williams, he has experienced all aspects of the business. He helps run the day-to-day operations here at SERVPRO!

Project Manager

Beth has worked with us since 2013. She has served multiple roles during her tenure, but she currently works in our repair to help customers restore their home or business after they have a disaster.

Estimator

Brent joined our team in 2019 after retiring as an insurance adjuster. As an estimator, visits jobs, scopes the damages, and generates an estimate for the cost of our services!

Quality Assurance Lead

Carla has worked with SERVPRO since 2013, and she has worked in different areas of the franchise. As part of the quality assurance team, she answers our phones, periodically checks on customers, and ensures our jobs are being completed to our customers' satisfaction.

Reconstruction Estimator

Clinica has been with us since 2011. As an estimator, she scopes out jobs and calculates an estimate for the total cost of our services. She is certified and highly trained!

Warehouse Technician

David has been with our franchise since 2009. He served as a crew chief for many years, but he now runs our supplies warehouse and assists with jobs as needed!

Crew Chief

Ingrid joined our team in 2014. Ingrid serves a unique role as the manager of our textiles department. She leads a team that cleans, deodorizes, and returns damaged soft contents to our customers.

Job File Coordinator

Jennifer joined our team in 2021 as one of a Job File Coordinators for our Reconstruction Deptartment. She makes sure that all of the necessary documents for each job are complete and compliant with 3rd-party guidelines.

Her attention to detail and excellent communication play an essential role in supporting our Project Managers and ensuring each project runs smoothly.

Kaitlyn joined our team in 2019. As a Contents Coordinator, she works closely with her team to coordinate customers' belongings after they have a disaster. She plays an essential role in making it "Like it never even happened."

Office Manager

Kelli joined our team in 2020. She manages the daily office functions and keeps the team motivated all while monitoring compliance and risk management.

Mitigation Team Lead

Kristen joined our team in 2022. As the Mitigation Team Lead, she manages the Job File Coordinators to help ensure complance requirements are met and provides overall team support.

Production Technician

Leyda joined our team in 2016. As a technician, she cleans up and restores homes and commercial properties that have been affected by a disaster. She ensures any disaster is "Like it never even happened."

Maricruz officially joined our team in 2018, but she brings past experience with SERVPRO. As a technician, she assists with the day-to-day tasks needed to clean and restore our customers' belongings.

Key Account Holder/Facilities Manager

Martin joined us in 2021, after years of working as an insurance adjuster. He helps maintain relationships with our insurance partners, and he manages the staff and inventory at our warehouse!

Richard has been with SERVPRO since 2011. He has worked with different departments over the years, but he currently works in our repair department. He plays an important part of the restoration process!

Taylor joined our team in 2021. As a job file coordinator, she ensures jobs are completed and the appropriate documents are compliant with internal and 3rd-party guidelines.

Fire Project Consultant

Tammy has been with us since 2011. Tammy's enthusiasm and passion for our customers has been evident in every role she's played at Team Williams. Tammy has managed our fire restoration department, which includes our textiles and pack-out services for many years and is now our dedicated Fire Project Consultant. She's a true expert at turning stress into a clear action plan. expertly navigates the complex claims process, providing customers with compassionate guidance and clear communication every step of the way. Her dedication ensures that from the moment of an emergency, our customers feel supported and confident that their property is on the path to recovery.

As our Estimating Manager, Bret oversees the preparation of accurate and detailed estimates for every project. His role is vital in ensuring transparency and clear communication with our customers and insurance partners. With a sharp eye for detail and a focus on precision, he makes sure every estimate is thorough and accurate, setting our team up for success from the very start.

As our Job File Coordinator, Chelsea plays a key role in keeping projects organized from start to finish. She manages documentation, tracks progress, and ensures that all files are accurate and up to date. With exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills, Chelsea helps our team stay on track so every customer receives seamless, efficient service.

Director of Business Development

As Director of Business Development, Erica leads our marketing and sales team with a focus on growth, strategy, and community impact. She began her SERVPRO journey as a marketing representative a few years ago and has grown into a leadership role where she supports our company’s goals and brand. Erica manages our team of reps, oversees digital marketing efforts, and builds strong relationships throughout the community to keep SERVPRO top of mind when disaster strikes.
