Lenoir Cleanup and Restoration

THANK YOU so much!! Alan, project manager extraordinaire & Maribel, spectacular crew leader. The deep clean and sanitization was fabulously done and coordinated. Thank you, Alan for the amazingly quick scheduling and turn around time on the job. My mother would be so very, very proud! My heart is full and the house is spectacular from ceiling to floor with the transformed garage. Superior service & filled the home with smiles at the same time! Thank you!!!

We needed an opinion and estimate on odor in a house. We got an instant call back and same day visit by Alan. Thank you!

Super nice men...very knowledgeable and helpful. Saved me!

When I had a mold issue in my home, Andrew and Mick came out and immediately placed air scrubbers and de-humidifiers. Then their team wiped everything down. Servpro really made me feel like I was the only customer they had! They were efficient and knowledgeable about my situation. I can't say enough about how much they put me at ease. I highly recommend this company!

Alan and the team worked hard to get a tough job completed. I appreciate the fact that Alan came out and reviewed the jobsite, took feedback on a few items, and allocated additional time to ensure the job was completed in its entirety.

Jonathan always answered any questions that I had. The work was done the next day from when I called. Would use ServPro again.

On Sept 3rd 2025 at 2am we had a terrible house fire. We lost half of our belongings and our house had to be gutted from foundation up. ServPro came in ready Monday at 7 rocking and rolling ready to go. These ladies worked nonstop. Hard as a crew of men, excuse me, HARDER then the crew who rebuilt our house. Lol. Amazing, caring, kind, supportive and more. The head lady, Kaitlyn, over Packing at ServPro and her team, Jeslin & Araceli busted butt! Throwing away items damaged, packing item possibly salvagable and comforting us, making us laugh, showing kindness and professionalism all in one. We couldn't have done this without their awesome help. The special cleaning crew Ana, Maribel, Ingrid, Dania professionaly cleaned our clothes, shoes, books, picture frames to my China and dinner set and silverware. Unbelievable! We had nothing but the clothes on our backs when we left our home at 4am that early morning. Our State State Farm Adjuster & Tammy Gragg got ahold of our agent who gave us Emerg.money to buy clothes, food, medications. This amazing Business needs to be recognized in Lenoir News, given an Award for Esteemed Service for such an amazing job they do for the citizens in our Community and ALL over. We couldn't have been more BLESSED with such a great group of hard wrking women. Tammy Gragg, be Proud of your team!

We had an exceptional experience with SERVPRO of Alexander, Caldwell & Burke Counties, especially during the busy turn season. Tammy, the team lead, was incredibly organized, professional, and flexible when navigating the typical challenges that come with turn. Ingrid, Leyda, Juana, Kaitlyn, and Maricruz were absolutely amazing! They were thorough, hardworking, and paid close attention to detail. The entire team went above and beyond to make sure the cleaning was done properly and to a high standard. We truly appreciate their professionalism, communication, and willingness to work with us throughout the process. We would highly recommend SERVPRO of Alexander, Caldwell & Burke Counties, to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and hardworking cleaning team!
