What our
customers are saying
Joe, Kevin, Ever and team worked late hours getting our basement flooring and trim removed and everything drying. We appreciate their hard work, communication and professionalism while helping us recover after an unfortunate event.
Deveon showed up quickly after we called and worked efficiently to get our carpet dried out. Joe Kevin also came and helped with getting all the air movers and dehumidifiers in place to keep the water in our basement from moving into the sheet rock from what had already been done. Appreciate their quick and efficient service!
Responsive, honest, and very helpful. Highly recommend. Specially want to thank Josiah for all his help. Much appreciated 👏
I can’t remember exactly, but I think a man’s name was Joe Kevin Romero, or something like that. He was a great talker, professional, pretty knowledgeable. The team overall was really pretty great. I’d give them an A-based on the hours, the different modes of work, the professionalism, the efficiency, the thoroughness, and the results. Great job guys! We will pray for no mold and proceed with reconstruction (but very minimal, this place will flood again!!…it’s so traumatic.). Thank you ServPro!
Hunter was great in his inspection!
The Hickman team was called down to help the central Iowa area to help after a big storm. They were extremely accommodating helpful and friendly. It obviously be a frustrating situation for my household they were easily a bright spot. From getting ahold of them at almost any time, to scheduling. All of them were tactful in answering questions and giving recommendations. I needed to rent equipment from them. It was easy, extremely helpful, and swift. I thought it’d be days but it was only one. They were not trying to extend the rental. I told them what I wanted and they made sure everything I wanted dry was dry. I would recommend them to anybody.
Did a great job. Quick and friendly. Respectful of property
The team did a great job on short notice after a major flood happened in the area. So many houses were affected and they made it out to ours in less than a week. They got everything out of the basement, mopped, and sanitized very quickly and were careful with all our things we wanted to keep. We would definitely recommend them to anyone!
Helped me out greatly with drain pipes that leaked into my basement. Highly recommend!
