What our
customers are saying
My project manager, Keyrsten Girlinghouse did an exceptional job at handling the sewer mess in my basement. She was very knowledgeable and has great communication skills. Very kind and caring and when out of her way to make sure I was satisfied. Servpro team members were on the job within a couple of hours of my phone call to them. I commend the whole team for all of their hard work.
Dee & Cesar cleaned our empty basement to prep for floor & wall painting as part of the entire house remodeling project. They were on time and finished quicker than expected with excellent job!
Had an emergency water in the basement situation due to more than 10” rain overnight. Lani and her crew came over right away and got started. Did a great job getting rid of the water and cleaning up. Kudos!
Servpro of Austin did a wonderful job of cleaning
New customer, so far, good!
Mike Thorson responded to our water leak and damages super quickly on a late Friday night...pure awesomeness! Crew guys Matt & Dustin knew their jobs and did it with integrity & respect. All of them were considerate to our emotions in trying times. I'll put them 1st in line if anything happens in the future. Thank you Serv Pro!!!
Mike Thorson and his crew did a fantastic job with our flood clean up. Cedar River flooded on June 22nd 2024 and shortly after Mike was there and reassuring us things were going to be alright. Hard to believe how amazing these guys were. Highly recommend them.
I called for possible Mold Remediation Service yesterday, Monday 15th…Mike called me right back and met me at our Townsend house. He did a thorough evaluation and estimated the needs of the job. They came with a full crew, today, July 16th and got the job done. Very impressed with the promptness and professionalism of Mike and his team. Lani did a great job explaining the required forms and what the job entailed. I highly recommend this team for any water damage, carpet removal, etc, jobs. So I will definitely use them again!
