After the source of the odor is removed, it’s important to thoroughly clean surfaces to deodorize them effectively. If not properly cleaned, tiny particles of the odor-causing residues will continue to smell.
Recreate the Conditions That Caused Odor Penetration
We apply deodorizer in a method similar to how the odor-causing substances originally penetrated a surface. If smoke created the smell, for instance, deodorizing smoke or fog might be most effective.

During the recent heavy wind and rain storm, our roof sustained partial damage and leak in the roof. the water quickly collected in the ceiling soaking the batt insulation resulting in partial ceiling collapse in the living room we came home from an out of town trip to a pile of sheet rock on the floor and a heavy stench and mold and that rendered the home un-habitable Serve pro was tasked with patching the roof, removing the rubble, removing the mold , cleaning and substantially improving the air quality in the whole house. Servpro stepped up to the task and knew exactly what to do and they did it on time and in order.
