Colesburg is a small town in Delaware County, IA just off Highway 3

Colesburg was laid out in 1848. The town was named for founders Hiram Cole and James Cole.

Colesburg is located at 42°38′24″N 91°12′4″W(42.639999, -91.201246) near the Little Turkey River.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.29 square miles (0.75 km2), all land.

Edgewood–Colesburg Community School District operates public schools

One of the things that makes Colesburg so special is its location. The town is situated in the rolling hills of northeastern Iowa, which provides residents with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The town is also located near several state parks, including Backbone State Park and Pikes Peak State Park, which offer opportunities for hiking, camping, and other outdoor activities.

One of the most notable things about Colesburg is its strong sense of community. The city is home to a number of local events and festivals throughout the year, including the Colesburg Days, which is held every summer and features live music, food vendors, and a parade. The Colesburg Ball Field is a great place to catch a game of baseball and enjoy the company of your neighbors.

I needed someone to inspect a unit for me on very short notice. I called and was able to speak with Bob. Despite being bery busy both with his business, and that day in particular, with personal appointments as well. He was not only able to swing by and evaluate my rental unit without having set up an sppointment, but get back to me just a short time later to give me a report minutes after walikg out of his dental appointment. The guy has never met me and went out of his way to help out a first time customer that has never given him business before. The guy and the business both are gourmet. They treat you like a friend not a number and really care about making things easy and fast as possble. I dont leave many google reviews but this one is warranted. If 6 stars was an option id have done that.
