I’ve seen the signature green SERVPRO vans throughout my community on numerous occasions and often wondered what type of business they provided—until I needed them myself. Now, I completely understand why my insurance company recommended SERVPRO. I experienced a refrigerator water-line leak that damaged my kitchen hardwood flooring as well as the ceiling of my garage. Technician Zarius Charity arrived and spent several hours completing the detailed checklist and documentation required for my insurance claim. Once that was completed, he asked if I wanted him to go ahead and get started. Needless to say, when I returned from dinner after 8:00 p.m., Zarius was still working! Zarius is the definition of a consummate professional. He takes pride in his work, stays focused on the task at hand, and doesn’t stop until the job is done. He completed the kitchen area that evening and returned the following day to address the garage ceiling with his colleague, Chris Freeman. Zarius and Chris demonstrated incredible teamwork. Both were professional, courteous, hardworking, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. They understand that dealing with unexpected water damage can be stressful, and they went above and beyond to make the situation as manageable as possible. They wholeheartedly represent the SERVPRO brand and clearly take pride in taking care of their customers. I experienced a roof leak due to the storm on Wednesday evening and Servpro was quick to respond to remediate the water damage. Xavier was able to determine the source and setup to treat the damage. He was very professional.

Xavier was my lead technician. He was wonderful to work with. He thoroughly examined my area of mold and made his recommendations. He also provided options for me to think about. He was very professional and I highly recommend him!
After a company walked away from the water restoration project I had I was so stressed out. I did some research and got a hold of Servpro I don’t remember who answered the phone but she was so kind and understanding and made me feel like I would be taken care of in a very stressful time. The next day Cedrick and Lowe were so patient and caring. They did not make me feel judged and made sure and confirmed all the wet areas. If I had any doubt they reassured my husband and I. Once we got the ok from insurance they proceeded with the work. They paid attention to detail and made sure everything was taken care of. The next two days the Chris’ followed up and collected the machines when everything was dry. Once again they made sure I had peace of mind. I highly recommend them for water restoration. It’s very sad that one Compnay left me on my own but Servpro came to the rescue and I was very happy from the phone call to the follow up crew.
