I recently worked with Chris Jones and the Reconstruction Team at SERVPRO of Henry, Spalding, Butts and Clayton Counties and could not be more impressed. Most people associate SERVPRO with mitigation services but their reconstruction department is equally exceptional. With over 25 years of experience Chris brought a level of expertise and confidence to the job that was immediately reassuring. Chris handled our roof repair, interior demolition reconstruction, and soffit restoration following significant tree damage to our property. All of this was done with professionalism, attention to detail, and clear communication throughout the entire process. He coordinated with our insurance company and ensured every repair was completed to a high standard. If you need reconstruction work beyond just mitigation, then do not hesitate to reach out to Chris and his team. Highly recommended!

Jennifer Lucero

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough good things about Chris and the SERVPRO team. After a flood in my home, the restoration process lasted several months and involved multiple moving parts, contractors, and teams. Chris and his team did an exceptional job coordinating everything and helping bring my home back together. One thing I especially want people to know is that SERVPRO does so much more than just mitigation. Their restoration work included replacing my kitchen cabinets and countertops, flooring, bathroom vanity, ceiling repairs, and coordinating with the other teams involved throughout the project. Having so many different areas of the house affected could have made the process incredibly overwhelming, but their coordination made a huge difference. Chris was professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure the work was completed properly. After everything this house has been through since April, it feels amazing to finally see it restored and finished. Exceptional work from beginning to end. I would absolutely recommend Chris and the SERVPRO team for both mitigation AND full restoration services. Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
