Ryan Braswell and Michael Crawford, became part of the SERVPRO franchise system in 2020 purchasing SERVPRO of Henry, Spalding & Butts Counties, SERVPRO of Decatur and SERVPRO of Clayton County. In April of 2024, they added SERVPRO of Norcross and SERVPRO of Duluth to their operation. Today they operate out of a 25,000 sq. foot warehouse in McDonough, GA, and and a 42,000 sq. foot warehouse in Norcross and have a team of over 80 full time employees.
Our staff is highly trained in property damage restoration. From initial and ongoing training at SERVPRO’s corporate training facility to regular IICRC-industry certification, rest assured our staff is equipped with the knowledge to restore your property. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough good things about Chris and the SERVPRO team. After a flood in my home, the restoration process lasted several months and involved multiple moving parts, contractors, and teams. Chris and his team did an exceptional job coordinating everything and helping bring my home back together. One thing I especially want people to know is that SERVPRO does so much more than just mitigation. Their restoration work included replacing my kitchen cabinets and countertops, flooring, bathroom vanity, ceiling repairs, and coordinating with the other teams involved throughout the project. Having so many different areas of the house affected could have made the process incredibly overwhelming, but their coordination made a huge difference. Chris was professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure the work was completed properly. After everything this house has been through since April, it feels amazing to finally see it restored and finished. Exceptional work from beginning to end.
