We had such a great experience with SERVPRO, especially Emily and Nicole! They spent two full days cleaning our living room and breakfast room after an outdoor fire resulted in water damage inside our home from the fire hoses. Came home from a 3 day conference in Austin to a foooded house. My understanding this review will be specific to the pack out team who were wonderful. They were efficient, took great care of my things, many family heirlooms. They cmmunicated well and were super helpful. Emily was the team lead onsite and they were here for nearly three whole days.
