We arrived home from vacation to a nightmare—our living room was flooded, with water literally pouring out of the ceiling fans and light sockets. We called SERVPRO around 8 PM, and despite the late hour, they were at our home within an hour and immediately got to work. Juan and Jesus were fantastic from start to finish. They were polite, friendly, professional, and clearly knew exactly what needed to be done. They quickly removed the standing water and set up all the necessary drying and mitigation equipment to prevent further damage and help reduce the risk of mold. Throughout the entire process, communication was excellent. They explained what they were doing and why, kept us updated every step of the way, and were always quick to answer any questions we had. From the water extraction and air movers to industrial drying equipment, vent cleaning, and fogging services, everything was handled professionally and thoroughly. They also communicated directly with our insurance adjuster to make sure the necessary work was authorized so everything could move forward as quickly as possible. That took a huge amount of stress off us during an already stressful situation.
