After discovering water damage in our basement caused by a concealed plumbing leak, we contacted SERVPRO for mitigation services. Jordi also asked whether we wanted the containment barriers removed or left in place for the reconstruction crew. We chose to leave them in place, and I appreciated being given that option. Reconstruction has not yet begun, but based on our experience with the completed mitigation phase, we are very satisfied with the service we have received. Servpro was very prompt when I had a flood in a basement bedroom. The got it cleaned up and dried in just a few days. Jesus with the cleanup crew was very cooperative and Alex Favio with the moving crew put the room back promptly.
Servepro came out within 4 hours of being called to our flooded house which was an incredible relief. Demolition and mold mitigation was finished within a couple of days. And despite a little bit of a rocky start with the demo team, Dominic, the manager I worked with closely during this process, listened intently to my concerns, worked hard to address and fix any issues, personally came out to oversee the project and left me feeling really confident and heard.
