After discovering water damage in our basement caused by a concealed plumbing leak, we contacted SERVPRO for mitigation services. I am very pleased with the quality of work and professionalism provided by the entire team. Joey Salazar has been my primary point of contact and has been incredibly helpful throughout the process. He has maintained consistent communication, answered my questions, coordinated with the appropriate parties, and made sure I understood what was happening at each stage. His responsiveness and support have been especially appreciated during a stressful situation. Luis Hernandez completed the initial inspection, established the containment area, and carefully installed protective barriers and floor coverings. He took the time to explain the mitigation process and what we could expect. Jordi and another SERVPRO technician continued the mitigation work and were thorough, respectful, and professional inside our home. They completed the final treatment of the affected areas and applied a protective coating before wrapping up the mitigation phase. Jordi also asked whether we wanted the containment barriers removed or left in place for the reconstruction crew. We chose to leave them in place, and I appreciated being given that option. Reconstruction has not yet begun, but based on our experience with the completed mitigation phase, we are very satisfied with the service we have received. The team communicated well, protected our home while working, and treated us and our property with care. We look forward to continuing the process with SERVPRO.
We went through a devastating water loss and wasn’t sure what to do and where to start. Jordi and his crew did a fantastic job after we had water damage. They dried everything out, monitored frequently, removed the damaged wallboard and disinfected in preparation four restoring the area.

Servpro was very prompt when I had a flood in a basement bedroom. The got it cleaned up and dried in just a few days. Jesus with the cleanup crew was very cooperative and Alex Favio with the moving crew put the room back promptly.
Servepro came out within 4 hours of being called to our flooded house which was an incredible relief. Demolition and mold mitigation was finished within a couple of days. And despite a little bit of a rocky start with the demo team, Dominic, the manager I worked with closely during this process, listened intently to my concerns, worked hard to address and fix any issues, personally came out to oversee the project and left me feeling really confident and heard. I would recommend this company and am grateful they were there to support us through this unexpected situation!
