Doug is the Operations Manager at SERVPRO of the St. Croix Valley. He joined the team in 2025 and brings 20 years of experience managing teams, including two years with SERVPRO.

Doug keeps the day-to-day operations running smoothly and is always ready to tackle whatever challenge comes his way. With his experience, problem-solving skills, and team-first attitude, he helps keep everyone moving in the right direction.

Kris joined SERVPRO of the St. Croix Valley in 2026 as our Director of Construction, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry.

With his extensive knowledge and creative approach, Kris has a talent for turning complex projects into great results. He’s always ready to tackle a challenge and find a solution that gets the job done right!

Doug joined SERVPRO of the St. Croix Valley in 2024 as part of our Business Development & Sales team. With over 30 years of experience in sales and relationship building, he knows how to connect with people and build lasting relationships.

Doug uses his experience to help our customers, strengthen partnerships, and support the growth of our team. He’s all about people, relationships, and finding ways to help!

Jared is our Senior Crew Chief at SERVPRO of the St. Croix Valley and has been part of the team since 2012.

With years of hands-on experience and extensive IICRC training, Jared brings a wealth of knowledge to every job. He is certified in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, Carpet Cleaning, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Carpet Repair & Reinstallation, and Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning.

Jared is also an IICRC Journeyman Water Restorer, making him a go-to expert when it comes to getting the job done right!

Chad is our Production Manager at SERVPRO of the St. Croix Valley and brings over 7 years of industry experience to the team.

Charlie joined SERVPRO of the St. Croix Valley after spending 16 years in the construction industry. His years of experience bring valuable knowledge and expertise to every job.

With his attention to detail and construction know-how, Charlie helps our customers feel confident knowing their property is in good hands. He’s always ready to put his experience to work and help get the job done right!

Jake joined SERVPRO of the St. Croix Valley in 2024 as our Construction Superintendent. With many years of experience in the field, Jake brings valuable knowledge and expertise to every project.

Jake keeps our many jobsites organized, on track, and moving forward. He’s great at keeping the details in check and making sure each project keeps making progress!

Noah is a Restoration Technician at SERVPRO of the St. Croix Valley and has been part of the team since 2020.

With several years of experience in both the construction and maintenance industries, Noah brings a great mix of hands-on knowledge and problem-solving skills to every job. He is also IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration, helping make sure our customers are in good hands.

Wayne joined SERVPRO of the St. Croix Valley in 2025 as a Restoration Technician and brings great energy to the jobsite every day.

Wayne is always ready to jump in and take on whatever task comes his way. With his positive attitude, hard work, and can-do spirit, he’s someone the team can count on to get the job done!

Mike joined the SERVPRO of the St. Croix Valley in 2021 as a Construction Technician. He brings a background in the construction industry, giving him valuable hands-on experience to put to work on every job.

As part of our production team, Mike is ready to roll up his sleeves, tackle the work, and help get our customers back on track!

Cody is a Restoration Technician at SERVPRO of the St. Croix Valley and has been part of the team since 2023.

With a wealth of knowledge and experience, Cody handles all types of jobs and conditions with confidence. He takes pride in communicating with our customers and making sure they feel informed and taken care of throughout the process.

Rob joined SERVPRO of the St. Croix Valley in 2025 as an experienced Restoration Technician, bringing over 5 years of experience in the industry.

With his hands-on experience and knowledge, Rob is ready to take on any job that comes his way. He brings confidence, skill, and a can-do attitude to every project!
