Alex and his team were incredibly professional! We had a sewer line backup in the basement and oh my god was it disgusting! We called insurance who recommended Servpro and gave them a call, the gentleman who answered my wife’s call (Drew?) was super respectful and helped get us setup for an appointment Kolby came out and did a quick walkthrough to assess the damage and promised we were in good hands. Less than 24 hours later Alex and another gentleman pulled up to our house and started work, Alex was consistent in answering our questions and ensuring we understood the process and why they did what they did.
