After speaking with the front office regarding emergency services needed after a tree fell on my roof and caused water to enter my home, I was put in contact with Wauwatosa PM Tray. He provided me with an estimated arrival time of a couple of hours, and the crew arrived right on schedule, which I greatly appreciated. The crew was led by Darius and Adrianna, and they were professional, efficient, and respectful throughout the entire process. On the first day, they quickly assessed the situation and set up the necessary equipment. What impressed me most was that Darius and Adrianna returned the following day and completed all of the necessary demolition work. Me and my wife started to become a little frustrated with how things were playing out but They sent out Adriana and Darius and they came and got everything under control ! Had Alan, AJ, and Trevion in cleaning some mold off of some block walls in a process area. They worked very well and kept me informed of any concerns they had. They didn’t have any safety concerns while working here
Alex and his team were incredibly professional! We had a sewer line backup in the basement and oh my god was it disgusting! We called insurance who recommended Servpro and gave them a call, the gentleman who answered my wife’s call (Drew?) was super respectful and helped get us setup for an appointment Kolby came out and did a quick walkthrough to assess the damage and promised we were in good hands. Less than 24 hours later Alex and another gentleman pulled up to our house and started work, Alex was consistent in answering our questions and ensuring we understood the process and why they did what they did. At the end our basement was sewage free, smelled 10x better than before this happened and the team made everything a breeze!
