Yesterday, Adrianna and Darius came out for a pickup, and despite having a three-hour drive ahead of them, Darius went above and beyond by taking the time to move the debris that had been hauled out of my basement from beside my garage to the curb so the city could pick it up. That small gesture truly stood out to me. The bags and debris were too heavy for my wife and me to move ourselves, so I’m genuinely grateful that Darius took the extra time and effort to help us out. It’s acts of kindness and going the extra mile like this that make a lasting impression. Darius and AJ came to service my mother in laws home that was affected by the tornado in Menasha , WI , they came to do what they called was a “ Moisture Map” in several rooms , and I must say they were very professional, and great people too be around ! I also liked how if it was anything they were uncertain of they contacted their PM Tray , and he was very helpful himself ! Great guys and great workers !
