Yesterday I reached out to SERVPRO for some help . I was assisted by Dillon, who was an extremely competent listener, and though the party that I needed to speak with, wasn’t there at the time, he took a message, and promised that I would hear from someone soon. Well, I’m not only heard from someone soon, but it was the boss, Collin. So Dillon’s follow-thru gets a * 10/10*. Colin was tremendously helpful as well. This is not my first rodeo with Servpro. We had a pipe burst and flood the entire house…… mini disaster. Servpro responded immediately, the house had to be taken down to the studs and have a complete overhaul. Glen and Justine and Junelle(insurance) were absolutely amazing. The communication was over the top. It did not matter what time of day I contacted them they answered my concerns immediately. I highly recommend this company for anything you may need done. So the home was completely redone from electrical, plumbing to the finishing touches and it turned out great. Thank you all, I could not have done this with such ease myself.
