In the beginning of November, my wife and I experienced a leaking pipe in our house to which we had Servpro respond out for the water abatement, mold remediation, and repairs. Your team showed up faster then I have ever seen any company turn around a call-out such as mine. It is because of the coordinated and dedicated efforts of your team that the damage and repair were kept at a minimum; along with being completed in such a timely manner. I am aware your team worked day and night, even on the weekends, to make sure damage was held to a minimum and repairs were completed without delay.
