I would like to thank Ray Martinez and Rutger (both EMS technicians) for their professionalism as they worked to remediate water damage from our roof began leaking during the recent heavy rainfall we've had in Southern Utah. They have been very conscientious and detailed in their work; keeping us informed and up to the minute on their findings. Thank you Ray and Rutger. ServPro responded as requested. We placed our call late at night requesting they arrive first thing the next morning.
I highly recommend SERVPRO! Taylor Crinan and her team were exceptional from start to finish. Taylor was very communicative, responsive, and made sure I knew what was happening throughout the entire process. Her team did an amazing job taking care of my basement floor. They were professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and also very personable. They made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. I’m extremely happy with the service I received and truly appreciate Taylor and her team for going above and beyond.
