Our insurance contacted ServPro after I called them to report leaks in my ceiling after all the rain we had here in Las Cruces. Carlos Jimenez and Julio Ortega came out to check the water damage and to put a dehumidifier and some fans to start drying up the moisture. They came back the next day with Danny R. & Alyssa A. Through out the process they guided and informed us of all the steps and things to expect as we dealt with a water leak that destroyed multiple rooms in our home.
