They wasted no time and got straight to work pulling baseboards, lifting carpets, removing ruined padding, opening ceilings, and strategically setting up dehumidifiers and fans. When my insurance adjuster scheduled a visit within the week, Forte made sure he was on-site to meet him. By being there, he communicated directly with the adjuster and answered every technical question. His expertise directly aided in securing insurance approval to remove the bathroom tile and vanity, allowing us to properly vent the area and prevent any possibility of toxic mold growth. Forte and his team turned a nightmare situation into a seamless, managed process.
