They sent me a text to give me a heads up of their arrival (which was about an hour after my call). They arrived and used their equipment to asses the full extent of the damage, which was worse than I thought. They explained everything they were going to do before they did it and maintained professionalism and respect through the entire project. I can't recommend this Servpro more during a moment of stress and heartache.
