He was here within an hour of calling at 3:30 am and walked into a chaotic situation where my house was flooded and he calmly helped me navigate getting it all cleaned up and how to get it all dried out. Servpro of North Ft worth has been wonderful! Danny Marks and Arien spent four days here with the fallout from a broken waterline to the toilet. The lines of communication were always open. Danny was always straight-forward and forthright with his assessments and suggestions. He was a real gentleman, as was Arien. They did back-breaking work every day and never complained. We had a disaster at our home that flooded most of the downstairs level of our home. We called ServPro for an emergency water extraction and mitigation service. Domingo showed up to our home impressively fast and got to work. He was extremely courteous, professional, helpful and laid out all of the steps that would be taken to get us all fixed up. He got the water extracted and fans and dehumidifiers setup and going super fast. Once he was finished he briefed us on how the following days and weeks would go and made sure to answer any and all questions we had. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough.
