Andrew was extremely professional and informative during his time at our home. Highly recommend doing business with his and his company!
Andrew was great! I would definitely request Andrew if ever dealing with ServPro.
Andrew , Marcel and Jordan was so well mannered and knowledgeable! I highly recommend this company!!
Marcel is amazing. He came in ready to get the job done. He answered all me questions and eased my concerns.
On July 12th I had left water running in the hall bathroom & it overflowed for an hour or so before I saw it. I called ServPro from Wimberley & they arrived amid my mopping up the water with every towel to keep it from spreading. My contact was Savannah who coordinated with the team explaining what was going on after she took readings in every room. She kept me updated throughout the process & took a photo of me after I relaxed. I’m attaching it & the photos of the areas affected.
Andrew and Jordan did an amazing job, taking care of the property and its contents, cleaning up after themselves, explaining everything throughly and clearly. The company was out here within 30 minutes of the water disaster, very impressed with the service and all the contact I’ve had with everyone. Highly recommend if you ever have water damage in your home!
I had a great experience working with this company throughout the entire restoration process. Marcel and the team were professional, friendly, and kept me informed every step of the way. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and answered all of my questions, which gave me a lot of confidence during a stressful situation. They quickly removed the damaged walls, flooring, and water heater, thoroughly dried the affected areas, installed dehumidifiers and fans to prevent mold, and made sure everything was handled properly. Now they’re carefully reinstalling everything while ensuring there are no remaining leaks, moisture, or mold risks. I truly appreciate their attention to detail, communication, and quality of work. I highly recommend Marcel and the entire team to anyone needing restoration services.
