Why Choose SERVPRO® for Sewage Cleanup?

A sewage backup is one of the most hazardous losses a property in the Mid-Cities can experience, and it is not a cleanup to attempt alone. When a sewer line backs up, a toilet overflows, or floodwater forces its way indoors during a storm, it brings what the restoration industry classifies as Category Three water, carrying bacteria, viruses, and other dangerous contaminants. SERVPRO of Hurst-Euless-Bedford is trained, equipped, and ready to handle these situations safely, responding around the clock to homes and businesses across Hurst, Euless, Bedford, and the surrounding Tarrant County area. Our crews contain the affected area first, then extract the contaminated water and remove porous materials that cannot be safely salvaged, such as soaked carpet, padding, and drywall. We clean and sanitize every affected surface with professional antimicrobial and disinfecting products, then dry the structure completely and verify it has returned to a safe condition. Our technicians follow OSHA safety standards, including bloodborne pathogen protocols, and carry American Bio Recovery Association certification for biohazard work. We document the loss carefully for your insurance carrier. It is worth knowing that sewage backups often require a separate endorsement on a homeowner policy, and we are glad to help you communicate the scope to your adjuster. From the first containment step through final decontamination, our goal is a clean, safe, fully restored space, made “Like it never even happened.®”

What our
customers are saying

We had an HVAC condensation leak in our attic that caused water damage to an extensive area. I found SERVPRO of HEB online and called them. They responded within minutes and sent their technician, Sean K., who arrived within the hour. He is very professional, and quickly assessed the extent of the damage. He also proposed a remediation and repair plan, and placed fans and a dehumidifier to mitigate the damage. SERVPRO also assigned Jessica to coordinate the mitigation and repairs with my insurance company. I highly recommend SERVPRO of HEB.

Fred Bates

I had a water slab leak that came up through my floors. Insurance sent Servpro out for the mitigation process. Isaiah, Gavin and Orlando were so efficient, and worked so hard on getting my floors up. Isaiah was very communicative and walked me through the whole process. He was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. I cannot express how easy they made the process. I would recommend Servpro, Isaiah and his team to anyone. These young men know their stuff. Thank you guys for all your hard work!

Several weeks ago, my wife and I experienced a water heater leak. I left a dry house at 10:00 a.m. and my wife came home to a leak around 12:30 p.m. We have used ServPro in the past, so my wife called and by 2:00 your crew was on-site and working. They placed 21 blowers and 3 dehumidifiers to start the process. Andrew Dempsey was my primary contact and I also worked with Griffin and Raul. I cannot say how much I appreciate these guys and the work they did. Each one was attentive to our concerns, always willing to listen and explain things to me and my wife. I was impressed with their work ethic in that they contacted me every day to tell me when they would be coming by to check on the house and/or to communicate how we were doing on drying out the place. Even though the house was a mess, I appreciated their respect for my property and doing as little damage as possible to mitigate the moisture and potential problems in the future. Lastly, I must add that at the time of the leak, I had 3 dogs (130 lb. Sheep Dog mix, 65 lb. Aussie, and 65 lb. Golden Retrieve) and because of the heat, they were spending a lot of time in the house. Your guys were great, they were very understanding and accommodating to the herd’s need to see what was going on in the house and to give them daily sniffs. These guys are a credit to your company, and should I need water reclamation services in the future or know someone who does, be assured that my recommendation will be ServPro.

About Us

When water, fire, smoke, or mold damages your home or business anywhere in the Mid-Cities, SERVPRO of Hurst-Euless-Bedford responds 24 hours a day, seven days a week, every day of the year. We serve Hurst, Euless, and Bedford, the heart of the Mid-Cities between Dallas and Fort Worth in Tarrant County, from the retail corridors around North East Mall to the neighborhoods near the Bell plant, the airport-adjacent commercial properties along State Highway 183 and State Highway 360, and the established residential streets served by the Hurst-Euless-Bedford ISD. Our certified local crews know this market, from suburban homes and apartment communities to the offices, warehouses, and shopping centers that line the SH-121 and SH-183 corridors, and they know how fast North Texas weather, from spring hailstorms and tornadoes to the hard winter freezes that burst pipes, can damage a property.

We provide water damage restoration, fire and smoke damage restoration, mold remediation, sewage and biohazard cleanup, storm and flood recovery, specialty and general cleaning, air duct and HVAC cleaning, contents packout, commercial restoration, and full reconstruction. Every project begins with a clear, documented scope of work for your insurance carrier and is explained to you at each step.

What sets SERVPRO of Hurst-Euless-Bedford apart is the combination of local knowledge and professional capability. Our crew chiefs and production managers are IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Fire and Smoke Restoration, Odor Control, and Applied Microbial Remediation. As part of the SERVPRO Team Shaw family and the acclaimed SERVPRO Disaster Recovery Team, with offices in all fifty states, we can scale our response to a single burst supply line or a regional event like the February 2021 winter freeze that left thousands of North Texas homes with ruptured pipes, or a spring storm that drops large hail and high winds across Tarrant County. From a Bedford storefront to a family home in Hurst, we bring the same certified crews and the same standards to every job. Whatever the size of the loss, our goal is the same. We work quickly and thoroughly to make your home or business “Like it never even happened.® ”
