What our
Prairie Lea customers are saying
Anthony showed up right on time to assess the damage to my kitchen island. He had state of the art equipment and quickly determined that I had no water damage or mold present! He then referred me to a master carpenter, Ralph, who could repair my island ASAP. Servpro Schertz saved the day and lifted a heavy burden from my shoulders.
I can’t say enough great things about Tylor and the SERVPRO team that helped us after we experienced a water leak in our home. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and extremely thorough. They quickly assessed the situation, explained exactly what needed to be done, and immediately went to work mitigating the water damage and making sure the affected areas were properly dried and treated. Throughout the entire remediation process, their communication was excellent, and they kept us informed every step of the way. What impressed me most was the care and respect they showed for our home. They were organized, efficient, clean, and clearly took pride in doing the job correctly rather than simply rushing through it. Having water damage in your home is stressful, but their professionalism and attention to detail gave us confidence that the situation was being handled properly. I would absolutely recommend this SERVPRO team to anyone dealing with water damage or needing restoration services. Outstanding service from beginning to end. Thank you to the entire team for taking such great care of our home — definitely a five-star experience!
David Bautista and the reconstruction team. Were very professional while keeping up with everything that needed to be done in my kitchen that had a bad leak. Everything was cleaned up everyday. Painted walls ,floors, cabinets, did a lot of touch up work also. Replaced siding outside perfect match. Thank you so much for the careful work you did. Great crew.
For any fire or water loss at your home, call SERVPRO of SCHERTZ CENTRAL CIBOLO. Their professional estimators worked closely with my insurance company, which was already familiar with their team. Everything was repaired and replaced efficiently, and the final cost was fair. I am very happy with the service I received
We are very, very happy with the service provided to us. First of all, Anthony and Alicia arrived to our house extremely fast and started working immediately, explained the situationand procedure and made us feel way less stressed. The rest of the team was as amazing, Christian was always available to answer our questions, Michelle was super hardworking and precise with her job, Jasmine was so careful and organized packing our stuff, we are so thankful. RJ was incredibly nice, hardworking and polite, also fast to find answers for us and Rafi was a great help, specially on moving our stuff carefully. We really appreciate all the hard work they did and how much easier they made a stressful situation for us. The rest of the team has our deepest appreciation and respect too. Thank you guys!!
We had a water damage emergency and Christian with SERVPRO was incredibly understanding, professional, and compassionate throughout the entire process. From the moment he arrived, he took the time to explain everything clearly and made a very stressful situation feel much more manageable. Christian showed genuine care for our home and our family, and his attention to detail and hard work did not go unnoticed. The entire SERVPRO team was responsive, respectful, and efficient, and the quality of their work gave us peace of mind during a difficult time. I would absolutely recommend SERVPRO to all of my peers, friends, and family. If you ever find yourself dealing with water damage, Christian and his team are people you can truly Trust
David and his crew were fantastic! This was the first time I’ve ever had a major repair to my home and I feel so grateful that I was assigned David and his team. They were there every day on time and prepared to go to work immediately. By the time they were done, you would’ve never known there was major damage to the walls, floors, and ceiling. I would recommend David and Servpro to anyone who has had water damage in their home and needs repairs!
Very professional and customer focused. Thank you!
We had a small fire at Journey Fellowship Church and Servpro came in that night and started the water removal. They worked diligently for several days to remove all the damaged drywall, ceilings, and flooring while working with our insurance company. They cleaned all the floors, walls and ductwork. They did an amazing job getting it all cleaned and ready so we could have church services in just a few days. Thank you Christian Dehoyos and crew for doing an amazing job!
