customers are saying
Felicia is super helpful and helped me when my insurance was trying to fight my claim. She made sure that I wasn’t taken advantage of and made the process less strssful
I have had to use servpro a few times unfortunately lol but I have had the pleasure of working with Felicia everytime and she has always responded fast and had crews out very fast!! Greatly appreciate them
They were absolutely amazing with my issue that I had. Felicia was very understanding and got people to my home quickly
Megan and Cortney checked everything and explained everything very well. They are excellent workers and I received more information on the work that needs to be done than I did previously and feel very comfortable working with them
I highly recommend Servpro of Johnson City to anyone looking for a cleaning service. My brother passed away and I hired them to do a clean up of his house. Randy and everyone at Servpro went above and beyond, their prices were extremely fair. They’re some of the nicest and thorough people you’ll ever meet. Again, thank you all so much, especially my new friend Randy.
Courtney and Megan have done an awesome job helping us with cleaning up insulation that was damaged from a water leak under our home. They got it cleaned up and dried, staying late til the job was done.
ServPro was prompt and thorough. Mike and Cortney were superb and would highly recommend them. We really appreciate their going above and beyond that which usually happens with other companies.
Very courteous and professional. Work was done accurately and timely. "like it never happened"
Robert and Gabe did a fantastic job, very courteous, caring, and helpful during the remediation process!
