Servpro of Manchester did an awesome job under stressful circumstances when we had a water leak in our home. They worked hard to make sure our house was completely dry before the construction started. Alex, Gage, and Garrett arrived exactly on time when they said they would be here to unload the pods. They were all very professional and friendly. They immediately went about their job of setting up our furniture. They asked questions accordingly and made sure everything was in its previous location. I can't so enough about Colby the project manager. He was such a pleasant person. He made sure everything was going according to plan. I would definitely recommend Servpro.

Following a house fire six months ago, Servpro responded immediately, staying late until 10:00 PM to secure and close up our home. I want to give a special shoutout to Maryann and Laura, who called every morning to let us know the crew was on-site for cleaning and salvaging—that daily consistency meant a lot during a stressful time. .Lindsey handled the scheduling and material ordering (lighting, paint, flooring, and fixtures). She was always accessible, answering our questions and returning calls promptly, though her communication style at times felt a bit condescending. We also ran into some frustrating delays where workers were not there or we were waiting on materials. On the supervision side, Dan checked in on the subcontractors, but he seemed stretched too thin to consistently verify attendance and ensure all work met quality standards. If Dan had been there more, the subcontractors would not have had to take valuable time to fix shoddy work. 6 months of work on our little home that we had been in for almost fifty years, Servpro went over and above and we would recommend them to anyone.

Corey and Blake were efficient, friendly, and respected our property. Laura and the team were informative and supportive during the entire process. Would suggest using them anytime to anyone!

LAURA was so kind, exactly the friendly face you want showing up when you've just had a disaster occur. Gavin and Blake did the remediation and they too were friendly & professional. The work looks great and took less than 2 hours to complete! So satisfied. Not to mention the price was very good. Thank you Servpro!

They did an incredible job of helping me recover from a broken water pipe that flooded several rooms in my house. Within hours of the flood, they were there removing the wet floor coverings and drying the wet floors. I couldn’t have done this without them. 42 floor fans and 5 dehumidifiers. Awesome.

SERVPRO of Manchester has been amazing throughout the entire process. I really appreciate the level of professionalism and care that has been shown from everyone at Servpro. Marianne and Robin have been amazing at helping me through this entire process. The team that came out have been great as well! I really appreciate all of the hard work Stephen, Gage E. , Gage J, and Aaron have put in, I pray I never have my home flood again, but if I do, I definitely know who I’ll be calling.
