Paul and Fred came to my house Monday to clean out 30 ft dryer vent. Had to move front end washer and dryer. Excellent job. Efficient friendly and most important left my home cleaner than they found it. Highly recommend.

Did a good job all around. Polite and putting up with me being crabby! Thank you Drew, Mike, Josh and Kelly!

I've gotten to work with the Servpro team a few times and let me tell you-they are top notch! Love getting to work with Jo, Drew, Mike and Andy! The team is always personable, experts in their field and they ALWAYS make sure whatever fix is done the right way. Any time I have a question or concern its addressed thoughtfully and in a timely manner. These guys rock!

We had excellent service when our septic system backed up. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of, and support given, by the Remediation Team Crew Chief, Paul, and the two technicians, Ashly and Brett. They ensured the area is ready for the Build Team. We are very pleased with the care Paul, Ashly, and Brett took during this difficult process. Thank you all.

Perfect friendly expert service

Mason and Brett were excellent to deal with. Very quick show up time, thorough job, both very respectful and they completely informed us about what was happening.

Not our first waterline problem in 52 years of marriage but it was definitely the best experience. SERPRO is one the finest and most professional companies we have ever worked with. The water abatement crew of Paul and Fred were not only knowledgeable and talented but truly sympathetic to our needs and artists when disassembling our four damaged rooms. They or backup crews were engaged daily ensuring all was perfectly dry before turning us over to reconstruction. We couldn't be more pleased, although we won't miss the sound of fans and dehumidifiers in our house. You cannot go wrong with Rapid City SERPRO.

I called Servpro today and within a couple hours I believe the general. manager came out and assessed our situation and by noon Christian and Ashley showed up. They explained in detail what was going to happen. The job was done within the hour. They both were very professional and had a gitterdone attitude. There was a large rust spot that I had no expectations of them getting out but they did. Very impressed with the whole experience. So grateful for a job well done.
