Joe and Ryan did a great job dealing with our mold issue on several air conditioning vents. They explained their process thoroughly (creating "negative air" in the air conditioner ducts to prevent mold spores from entering the house during cleaning) and I could tell they were taking care not to create a mess in the house. My experience with Servepro is related to water damage that resulted from a plumbing leak. The crew arrived the same day which was a weekend, and while they were dealing with hurricane recovery. The foreman, Mike Farkas is a true professional and thoroughly documented all areas that he found requiring mitigation. This process took hours and he left no detail in doubt. Mike returned when my homeowners adjuster arrived to inspect the damage a few days later. He was relentless in advocating for proper mitigation strategies and went to great length to convince the difficult adjuster of issues that were critical to returning my home to pre loss condition. If you think you will have a difficult adjuster, you need this level of expertise and commitment to get through a calamity of this scale.
