About Us
Hello, we are Carly and William A. Harloe III, proud owners of SERVPRO of South Greenville County.
From being in the family business for 20+ years, we decided to start our own journey with a SERVPRO franchise in Oconee County, right before the 2020 Coronavirus pandemic. During these difficult times we were able to safely start business and take care of our community, treating each customer with care and respect.
Within 18 months the Oconee location grew and acquired the SERVPRO of Pickens County and SERVPRO of South Greenville County Locations, making our new names SERVPRO of Oconee/South Anderson/Pickens Counties and SERVPRO of South Greenville County.

Joe and Ryan did a great job dealing with our mold issue on several air conditioning vents. They explained their process thoroughly (creating "negative air" in the air conditioner ducts to prevent mold spores from entering the house during cleaning) and I could tell they were taking care not to create a mess in the house. They even identified the likely cause of the mold (small hole in air handler allowing moisture into the system) so we can prevent it from happening again. We are definitely breathing easier now. My experience with Servepro is related to water damage that resulted from a plumbing leak. The crew arrived the same day which was a weekend, and while they were dealing with hurricane recovery. The foreman, Mike Farkas is a true professional and thoroughly documented all areas that he found requiring mitigation. This process took hours and he left no detail in doubt. Mike returned when my homeowners adjuster arrived to inspect the damage a few days later. He was relentless in advocating for proper mitigation strategies and went to great length to convince the difficult adjuster of issues that were critical to returning my home to pre loss condition. If you think you will have a difficult adjuster, you need this level of expertise and commitment to get through a calamity of this scale. For sure call Servepro when you need mitigation for water damage, and although I'm sure they are staffed with many competent employees I would ask for Mike. He will get you sorted.
